• We are located on a quiet street just adjacent to downtown Kennebunkport.  There is off-street parking for all of our guests.

• Information on local restaurants, sightseeing, outdoor and cultural activities is available, and we are happy to assist you with your plans.

• In Season rates apply from June 1st to October 31st, holidays and Christmas Prelude.

• Quiet Season rates apply from November 1st to May 31st.

• Two night minimum on most weekends; three nights on major holidays.  Midweek, not all rooms may be available for a one night stay.

• Some of our rooms can accommodate a third person, for an additional $50 per night.

• Rates subject to 7% Maine Lodging Tax.
