Route 1 is peppered with antique shops as you pass through Wells, Ogunquit, Cape Neddick and York. Stop by the Stonewall Kitchen flagship store in York, where you can sample products and visit the café. In Kittery, you’ll find yourself right in the middle of a dozen clusters of outlets, including big names like Crate & Barrel, J Crew, Polo Ralph Lauren, Calvin Klein, Lucky Brand Jeans, Bose, and Le Creuset to Maine companies including Kittery Trading Post and Cuddledown (where we get pillow and duvet inserts for the inn!).
